A bathroom should be a place where you’re able to wash away troubles! This bathroom renovation provided a new aura into a space that absolutely needed a positive outlook!

 

The homeowner wanted this main floor bathroom to be a place that instilled a modern, clean aesthetic that provided a breath of fresh air into a more traditional style home.

 

The renovation included covering the walls with fresh paint, a new vanity with a modern countertop and faucet, new 12”x24” tiles installed on both the floors and tub wall, and ultimately a new bathtub and toilet.  

 

For a smoother transition between the more modern bathroom and the traditional remainder of the house, a sliding barn door was used as opposed to a traditional style door.

 

All in all, this renovation was successful in creating a separate oasis, within traditional character.
