Vouchers:
*$100 voucher only valid at Design Palace on sales of $2000 and more.
*$200 voucher only valid at Design Palace on sales of $4000 and more.
*Cannot be combined with any other promotions or labour.
*Voucher expires 6 months from issue date. No cash value.

Walk-in Ballot:
*Ballot entry with signature gives Design Palace permission to contact by email/phone/text for prize-winning and/or future promotions or events.
*$250 voucher only valid for up to $250 off of purchases at Design Palace. Cannot be combined with any other promotions or labour. Voucher has no cash value.
*Ballot draw takes place every 3 months starting on May 1, 2019.

Designer Benefits Card Program:

- Only valid at Design Palace, with approved application.

- Must be presented at time of purchase.

- Design Palace reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time. This is not a gift card.

General:

The customer agrees that all goods will not be held over 30 days. That area will be clear, clean and prepared for installation, and that the customer is responsible for removal and replacement of baseboards, mouldings or doors and to cut and trim doors if necessary. It is agreed that seconds are sold "as is". It is understood and agreed that there are no terms and conditions in respect to this contract verbal or otherwise which are not contained herein.

The parties hereto confirm that it is their express wish that this argument, as well as all documents related hereto, including notices, be drawn up in the English language.
